MISSION STATEMENT

"To empower wounded Veterans, and their families, by helping them re-intergrate into the workforce and community via counseling, coaching,guiding,job transition, and assistance in obtaining all Veterans Administration (VA) benefits to which they are entitled."

 
   
  1. Create a unique program model that is definable, repeatable, measurable, scalable,and supplements/compliments existing programs.
  2. Develop the Huntsville/RSA Community of Excellence Support Network (vet/spouse/family, medical accommodation prescription, career assistance, business partners, entrepreneurial ops, etc). Outcome: Win-Win-Win
  3. Prioritize, Negotiate, and Match the employment and quality of life goals of the Wounded Veteran/spouse and accommodate the skills, interests, and abilities within the Huntsville business community. (vice versa)
  4. Build awareness and implement communication strategies to recruit Veterans and families sharing ‘lessons learned’ and become the model for other communities to follow.
 
KEYS TO SUCCESS
  1. Counseling, Guiding, and Coaching to wounded veterans and families.
  2. Case Management Process (CMP) assistance.
  3. Workforce Transition assistance.
  4. Volunteer/Partners – The entire Huntsville/Madison County community (and surrounding areas) will provide the assistance and support necessary.

“Bridge the gap” between existing support services and individual needs to ensure growth and progress.
