MOS to Civilian Conversion- US Army "Smart Book" provides a narrative suitable for copying and pasting your MOS description into your civilian resume.

You will need your AKO username and password.
Enlisted, to go to chapter 10
Officers, to go to chapter(s) 3, 4 and 5
Warrant Officers, go to chapter(s) 6, 7, and 8

Make sure you select the MOS link with the Title (not MOS number only)

Remember to substitute civilian titles and terms for military as many civilians are unfamiliar with military terminology.
